What to check before choosing
Send your maximum load weight, pallet type, highest beam level and aisle width. The capacity available at height must match the load. Include photographs of any unusual pallets or access restrictions.

Tell us daily hours of use and charging opportunities. IVS will confirm the selected mast, battery, charger, availability and price in a written quotation. For longer travel distances or a different workload, compare other warehouse equipment as well.
Which mast height do I need?
Share the highest storage level and overhead clearances. IVS can check lift height, closed mast height and capacity for the actual load and configuration.
What is included in the price?
Ask for the truck, battery and charger where applicable, delivery, preparation and warranty terms to be set out in your quotation. Mast and attachment choices can affect both capacity and price.
Discuss planned maintenance and repairs and Thorough Examination alongside the purchase. Servicing and examination are separate activities; your quote should make the agreed scope clear.
