Identify the component before ordering
A model name alone may not identify the right part. Send the truck make, model, serial number and, where available, the existing part number. A clear description of the component and the fault helps the team check the requirement.
IVS supports mixed fleets and can discuss parts and consumables for equipment in service. Availability and lead times depend on the individual part and supplier; the team will confirm these with your quotation.
Parts or a complete repair?
If you already know the component needed, contact the parts team with the details. If the fault has not been diagnosed, discuss a service visit first. Replacing parts without establishing the cause can increase cost and leave the original problem unresolved.
Our field engineering service can help you plan diagnosis and repair. Let us know whether the equipment is out of use, whether access is restricted and whether another truck can cover the work.
Plan routine replacements
For regularly used consumables, discuss your fleet details and typical requirements so the team can help you plan ordering. Confirm compatibility, price and delivery before placing an order.
