Where this equipment fits
Very narrow aisle equipment should be considered as part of a warehouse layout decision. The truck, racking and operating process need to work together; changing the truck alone may not deliver the storage arrangement you expect.
What to check before choosing
Send racking drawings, pallet and load dimensions, required lift heights and clear aisle measurements. Floor requirements, guidance arrangements and capacity at height need checking before a specification is agreed.
Plan the complete package
Include access to and from the aisles, replenishment flow and the maintenance arrangements for specialist equipment. IVS can discuss the requirement and the information needed for the next stage of equipment selection.
Can a VNA truck be selected from aisle width alone?
No. The racking, load, lift height, floor and guidance arrangement are linked. A site-specific assessment is needed before the equipment specification is confirmed.
What is included in the price?
Ask for the truck, battery and charger where applicable, delivery, preparation and warranty terms to be set out in your quotation. Mast and attachment choices can affect both capacity and price.
Discuss planned maintenance and repairs and Thorough Examination alongside the purchase. Servicing and examination are separate activities; your quote should make the agreed scope clear.
